N5 Days Working + 2 Rotational Week-Offs
NLocation: Salt Lake Sector V, Kolkata
NWork Mode: Work From Office
NShift: 24x7 Rotational Shifts, including night shifts
NShift Duration: 9.5 Hours
NROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
NHandle customer queries through chat support
NProvide timely and effective resolutions
NHandle customer concerns and escalations professionally
