Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Credit Analyst to join our Fixed Income. The role will be responsible for evaluating credit opportunities, conducting detailed financial and business analysis, assessing issuer creditworthiness, and providing insights to support investment and transaction decisions across the fixed-income portfolio.

nKey Responsibilities

- Conduct detailed credit analysis of corporates, NBFCs, financial institutions and other debt issuers.n
- Analyse financial statements, cash flows, leverage, liquidity, profitability, capital structure and debt-servicing capability.n
- Evaluate bonds, NCDs, structured debt, private placements and other fixed-income instruments.n
- Prepare comprehensive credit appraisal notes, issuer profiles, investment memos and transaction analyses.n
- Assess credit risks, industry dynamics, business risks, financial risks and promoter/management strength.n
- Analyse existing and proposed debt structures, security cover, collateral, guarantees, covenants and repayment mechanisms.n
- Conduct financial modelling,

- Monitor issuer performance, financial results, rating actions, industry developments and other material credit events.n
- Track and analyse credit ratings, rating rationale and rating-agency reports.n
- Provide independent views on credit quality, risk-return considerations and suitability of debt opportunities.n
- Support evaluation of recent issuers and identify potential investment / transaction opportunities.n
- Work closely with debt capital markets, sales, dealing, investment, risk, legal and compliance teams for transaction evaluation and execution.n
- Participate in management/issuer discussions, due diligence and credit review meetings.n
- Prepare investor presentations, credit briefs, teasers and other transaction-related materials.n
