Role Overview
MediaMint is looking for a

Sales Operations qualified

to drive pipeline governance, reporting, portfolio analytics, and margin management across its services business. This role will work closely with

Services Portfolio Leads, Senior Leadership, and Finance

to ensure strong pipeline hygiene, accurate reporting, standardized operating processes, and actionable account- and portfolio-level insights.
The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, comfortable working with large datasets and senior stakeholders, and experienced in

Salesforce-based sales operations . A

Salesforce certification is required/preferred .

Key Responsibilities
Pipeline Management & Governance
Own and maintain

pipeline hygiene, accuracy, and integrity in Salesforce .




Ensure opportunities are consistently updated with accurate stages, values, probability, expected closure dates, and other required fields.
Identify stale opportunities, data gaps, pipeline inconsistencies, and process deviations.
Partner with sales and portfolio stakeholders to improve pipeline discipline and forecasting readiness.
SOPs & Sales Operations Processes
Develop, document, implement, and maintain

Sales Operations SOPs .
Establish standardized processes for pipeline updates, reporting, reviews, and portfolio governance.
Drive adherence to agreed operating rhythms and data-quality standards.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
Weekly Reporting & Leadership Reviews
Own

week-on-week (WoW) reporting

for pipeline, portfolio performance, and other key commercial metrics.
Prepare dashboards, reports, and analytical views for senior leadership reviews.
Track movements in pipeline, bookings/revenue, margins, an
