nWe are hiring a Senior Community Manager for a Leading D2C Health & Wellness Company looking for someone passionate about building meaningful communities, driving engagement, and creating a strong sense of belonging.

nLocation: Gurugram – Work from Office
nExperience: 3–6 Years
nEmployment Type: Full Time
nWork Mode: Work from Office – 5 Days

nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
n• Manage and grow existing community groups across India .
n• Drive member participation, engagement and retention .
n• Plan weekly conversations, challenges, expert sessions and community activities.
n• Identify highly engaged members and develop State & City Community Leaders .
n• Build and manage an Ambassador / Member Leader Program .
n• Organize city meetups, wellness events, workshops and retreats.
n• Develop referral programs to drive community growth.
n• Create meaningful opportunities for women to connect, support and empower each other .
n• Capture member stories, feedback, transformations and community insights.




n• Collaborate closely with Content, Health and Marketing teams .
n• Track community metrics and continuously improve engagement and retention .

nWHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
n✔️ 3–6 years of experience in Community Management, Community Building, Consumer Communities, Events or Membership Ecosystems
n✔️ Experience managing WhatsApp and other community platforms
n✔️ Robust understanding of member engagement, retention and community growth
n✔️ Experience building ambassador programs or community leader networks
n✔️ Strong event management and relationship-building skills

nWe’re looking for someone who:
n✨ Has hands-on experience building and growing consumer communities
n✨ Understands how to drive engagement and long-term member retention
n✨ Has managed WhatsApp groups, ambassadors or community leaders
n✨ Has experience organizing meetups, workshops or offline community events
