SALES HEAD
nExperience: 10–15 Years
nSalary: Up to ₹12 LPA (Depending on Experience) + Performance Incentives
nLocation: Remote / Work From Home
nWorking Days: 6 Days per Week
nIndustry Experience: Minimum 5–6 years in EdTech Sales preferred
nTeam Management: Proven experience managing large sales teams and multiple levels of sales leadership

nWe are looking for an experienced, result-oriented,



and highly driven Sales Head to lead our sales function and drive revenue growth.
nThe Sales Head will be responsible for developing sales strategies, achieving revenue targets, managing sales teams, improving conversions, and building a strong performance-driven sales culture.
nThe ideal candidate should have strong experience in sales leadership, team management, business development, revenue growth, and target achievement , preferably within the EdTech or education industry.
nThis role requires someone who can lead from the front, understand sales numbers, identify business opportunities, solve problems quickly, and build strategies that help the sales team consistently achieve its targets.
