Position Overview
nWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead customer implementations, internal product development, and strategic initiatives across our Data & AI practice.
nThe ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects involving Snowflake, cloud technologies, analytics, AI, and cross-functional engineering teams.
nThis role requires someone who can drive execution, proactively identify risks, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

nResponsibilities

nProject Delivery

- Lead multiple customer implementation projects from kickoff through go-live.n
- Create and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.n
- Track project health, budgets, dependencies, risks, and resource utilization.n
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Data Engineers, Snowflake Architects, AI Engineers, BI Developers, and QA.n

nCustomer Management

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout project execution.n
- Facilitate project kickoff meetings, weekly status meetings, steering committee reviews, and executive updates.n
- Manage customer expectations and communicate project status clearly.n
- Escalate issues appropriately while driving timely resolution.n

nDelivery Excellence

- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations.n
- Monitor project progress and proactively mitigate risks.n
- Manage scope changes and change requests.n
- Coordinate UAT, production deployments, and hypercare activities.n
