nKey Responsibilities:
n
- n
- Engage and strategise with senior-level executives and CXOs (primarily HR leaders) at prospective companies to demonstrate how KNR adds value to their business.n
- Develop and hunt for new business for the Executive Search, Talent Mapping and Talent Advisory.n
- Develop market and new business for the HR Tech product launching in August 2026n
- Create a solid pipeline industry-wise, and focus on meetings with prospects from India, the Middle East, Asia Pacific and African




- Develop and cultivate deep relationships with the company's Senior Executives like VP HR's, Director HR's, CHROs, MDs, CEO's.n
- Manage large global key accounts and take profit and loss (P&L;) responsibility.n
- Proactively provide smart client research and industry-specific information.n
- Collaborate closely with the internal teams to ensure timely deliveryn
- Create bespoke presentations, client proposals, and negotiate further to close the deals.n

nQualifications & Skills:

- 7+ years in international business development, preferably in executive search, recruitment, or employee benefits, training, learning, or professional services .n
- Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a performance-driven environment.n
- Established network of senior-level decision-makers at leading global organizations.n
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.n
