About the Role
nWe’re looking for a Senior Manager – Publisher Partnerships & Affiliate Management to own
nsupply-side growth for Nitro Rewards.
nYou will be responsible for sourcing, pitching, negotiating, and closing publishers and distribution
npartners that can provide rewards placement inventory across surfaces such as order confirmation
npages, tracking pages, post-purchase journeys, and other high-intent user touchpoints.
nThe role is deeply focused on publisher acquisition and supply-side business development —
nbuilding a solid partner pipeline, closing revenue-share/commercial agreements, and scaling the
nvolume and quality of rewards inventory available to Nitro Rewards.
nThis is a high-ownership role for someone who understands how affiliate and performance
npartnerships work from the publisher/supply side and is comfortable selling revenue-share
npropositions to publishers.

nKey Responsibilities
n● Own the publisher acquisition strategy for Nitro Rewards and build a high-quality supply
npipeline
n● Identify, prospect, pitch,



negotiate, and close publishers that can provide rewards placement
ninventory
n● Build partnerships across wallets/fintech, logistics, ticketing, travel, loyalty, rewards
ninfrastructure, and other relevant platforms
n● Identify high-value surfaces including order confirmation pages, tracking pages,
npost-purchase journeys, loyalty sections, and other rewards placements
n● Develop and sell compelling revenue-share and commercial partnership models to
npublishers
n● Negotiate payout structures, rev-share splits, commercial terms, placement economics, and
nother partnership mechanics
n● Own the publisher relationship from initial outreach through commercial closure,
nintegration, launch, and ongoing growth
n● Drive growth in publisher supply, GMV, revenue, traffic, conversions, and rewards
ntransactions
n● Monitor publisher-level performance and identify opportunities to improve activa
