nStealthWatch is partnered with an innovative AI networking and observability vendor that’s looking to hire an experienced Customer Success Engineer to join its growing post-sales team.
n

nThis is a customer-facing technical role where you’ll take ownership of customers after a successful Proof of Concept, working closely with the deployment team, production rollout and ongoing adoption. You’ll become a trusted technical advisor, helping enterprise customers maximise the value of the platform while identifying opportunities to expand into new use cases.

nWhat you’ll be doing

- n
- Lead customers from POC into production deployment.n
- Deliver onboarding, implementation and technical guidance.n
- Work closely with Sales, Solutions Engineering and Delivery teams.n




- Build long-term technical relationships with enterprise customers.n
- Support deployments, troubleshooting and platform optimisation.n
- Travel to customer sites for key milestones and technical reviews.n

nWhat we’re looking for
n
- n
- Robust networking background with technologies such as BGP, MPLS, SD-WAN, routing, switching and telemetry.n
- 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Resident Engineer, Customer Success Engineering or Solutions Delivery.n
- Experience working with enterprise customers.n
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for solving technical challenges.n
