nWe are now looking for a VA Training & L&D; Manager who can build and lead world-class training programs for virtual assistants across communication, execution, productivity, AI enablement, and client management.
n

nThis is not a traditional trainer role. We’re looking for someone who deeply understands the global virtual assistant space and can create high-impact training systems that transform candidates into elite virtual assistants.

nRole Overview
nYou will be responsible for designing, executing, and continuously improving the end-to-end training framework for our virtual assistants.

nYou should be capable of building structured onboarding programs, assessment frameworks, AI training modules, mock client simulations, and continuous upskilling systems aligned with both company standards and client requirements.
