As the Director of Technology & Data, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the technology infrastructure and data management systems critical to our organization's success. Reporting directly to the Founder & CEO, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining robust technology solutions and data management systems, ensuring the accuracy, privacy, and effective tracking of data in support of policy initiatives.

Technology Leadership:

Lead organization's technology initiatives, ensuring the adoption of cutting-edge tools and systems that enhance efficiency and effectiveness in delivering social development programs.
Evaluate, select, implement technology solutions to enhance program effectiveness.
Maintain and upgrade existing technology infrastructure.
Oversee IT systems, hardware, and software, ensuring functionality and security.
Troubleshoot and resolve technology-related issues promptly.

Data Strategy:





Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy aligned with the organization's social development goals. This includes defining data governance standards, data collection and analysis methodologies, and data storage and security protocols.
Design, develop, and maintain robust data management systems and databases.
Oversee data collection, validation, and analysis processes.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with relevant regulations.
Implement data quality control measures to minimize errors and discrepancies.
