- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and ensure team target achievement.n
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and skill-development initiatives.n
- Drive conversion excellence through effective pipeline management and sales strategies.n
- Track team productivity, sales metrics, and collection targets.n
- Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans.n
- Ensure adherence to CRM processes, reporting standards, and company policies.n
- Collaborate with Marketing and Operations teams to maximize lead conversion.n
