nSummary
nPinnacle Group is seeking a Salesforce Flow & Workflow Consultant to serve as an internal consultant across Sales, Recruiting, Operations, and other business functions. This role will work directly with stakeholders to uncover process pain points, identify root causes, challenge inefficient workflows, and design better ways of working before translating those solutions into Salesforce automation.

The ideal candidate combines solid business-process consulting and critical-thinking skills with the hands-on ability to independently design, build, test, and optimize Salesforce Flow solutions. This is not a traditional Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer, or strategy-only Revenue Operations position.
