Oracle HCM Functional Consultants

and

Oracle HCM Technical Consultants

to join our growing team. If you are passionate about Oracle Fusion HCM and have experience delivering successful HR transformation projects, we'd love to hear from you.
What We're Looking For
✅ 6+ years of Oracle HCM experience (Functional or Technical)
✅ Strong experience in:
Core HR
Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
Absence Management
✅ Experience with:
Redwood UX
Visual Builder Studio (VBS) / VBCS
HDL / HSDL
OTBI Reporting
BI Publisher
HCM Extracts
Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
REST/SOAP APIs
Security Console and Role Configuration
✅ Experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementation, enhancements, and support projects
✅ Robust stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
