Role Description The Home Textile Designer will work full time in office in the Mohali district, collaborating with product development, merchandising, and production teams to create original designs for home textiles. Day-to-day responsibilities include conceptualizing design themes, developing patterns and motifs, selecting color palettes, and creating detailed design specifications for woven, printed, and embroidered textiles. The role involves preparing design boards,



digital artwork, and tech packs; coordinating with sampling teams; and refining designs based on feedback, cost, and production constraints. The designer will research market trends, materials, and finishes, visit production areas to review samples and quality, and help maintain a design library and archives. The role also includes supporting collection planning, contributing to catalog and marketing visuals, and ensuring all designs align with brand standards and customer expectations.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in textile and surface design, including pattern development, color theory, and layout for home textiles.
- Proficiency with design and visualization tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, CAD for textiles, or similar software.
- Knowledge of textile materials, weaving and printing processes, embroidery techniques, and basic production constraints.
