We are looking for a dynamic and commercially driven E-commerce Key Account Manager to lead business growth across Online Retail, Marketplaces, D2C, and Quick Commerce channels. The role will be responsible for driving sales, profitability, assortment planning, account management, and marketplace execution while building strong relationships with key platform partners and internal stakeholders.

Business Growth & Account Management
- Drive business growth across Online Retail, Marketplaces, D2C, and Quick Commerce channels.
- Manage relationships with key marketplace partners and portal stakeholders to ensure strong account performance.
- Develop and execute account-wise business plans aligned with sales and profitability objectives.
- Conduct periodic sales forecasting, business reviews, and profitability analysis.
- Present seasonal product ranges and growth plans to marketplace partners.

Assortment &Inventory; Planning
- Develop account-specific assortment strategies based on category mix, pricing architecture, consumer trends, and marketplace requirements.




- Define and manage sub-category portfolio strategies across marketplaces.
- Ensure inventory visibility and availability through effective planning of SOH, GIT, and future stock requirements.
- Coordinate stock allocation and purchase order fulfilment in collaboration with internal teams.
- Drive pricing, discounting, and promotional strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
- Support development of marketplace-exclusive assortments and Special Make-Up (SMU) product ranges.

Product Listing & Content Management
- Coordinate with Product and Design teams for recent product launches and assortment planning.
- Ensure timely and accurate product listings across marketplace portals.
- Support creation and enhancement of product content, A+ content, creatives, and marketing assets.
- Coordinate banner requirements, promotional campaigns, and seasonal launch activities with Marketing and E-commerce teams
