What You'll Do
- Responsible for setting and maintaining the defined manufacturing process at its optimal level in order to meet the customer requirements across the shopfloor.
- Ensure that systems are in place to monitor the health of the process followed and attain best in the industry standards.
- Systematic Introduction and qualification of the new manufacturing process required to realize the customer requirements (New Process qualification).
- Identifying the key inputs and output parameters of the defined manufacturing process, understanding the relationship between the same and optimizing them in order to meet the customer requirements.
- Systematic approach (Eg: six sigma approach) to define the current manufacturing process to meet customer requirements on time.
- Arrive at the optimal process settings to achieve a Cp / Cpk of > 1.33.
