Purpose of the role:

The purpose of this role is to support Sara Interiors' Sales & Business Development function by

identifying and engaging prospective corporate and institutional clients for interior design and

execution projects.

Hike will be provided on current CTC

We encourage candidates with B2B Sales experience and client empanelment documentation experience apply for this role. Candidates with similar experience currently working with Interior design companies are highly preferred but we are open to consider candidates from Banquet Sales, Insurance Sales who deal with corporate clients.

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Corporate & Institutional Lead Generation:

(a) Identify prospective organizations that may have upcoming interior design, renovation, fit-out or refurbishment requirements.

b) Build and maintain a database of prospective corporate and institutional clients.

(c)Conduct qualified outbound calls to relevant corporate stakeholders to introduce Sara Interiors and understand potential project requirements.

(d) Target organizations across segments such as:

Corporate offices

>
Hotels and hospitality

>
Co-working spaces

>
Hospitals and healthcare institutions

>
Other commercial and institutional establishments.

(e) Identify upcoming projects, expansion plans, office relocations, refurbishment requirements and other potential interior opportunities.

(f) Qualify leads based on project requirement, location, timeline, approximate scope and relevant decision-maker/stakeholder.

(g) Share qualified opportunities with the respective Sales Manager for further engagement.

2.Client Engagement & Follow-up:

(a) Establish the initial professional relationship with prospective corporate clients.

(b) Understand the client's initial requirement and capture relevant information.

(c) Coordinate with Sales Managers for further client engagement.

(d) Follow up with prospects systematically through telephone and email.

(e) Maintain accurate record
