Operator-led early-stage venture capital firm investing across the US-India AI corridor, managing approximately $250M across two funds. The firm focuses on supporting innovation in AI and is currently raising Fund III while continuing to scale its platform and operating capabilities.

Job Description

Lead the firm's operational strategy and build its AI-enabled operating system.

Map, simplify, and automate recurring workflows across deal intake, portfolio reporting, hiring, and LP communications.

Oversee AI engineering initiatives, including the development and enhancement of the firm's internal AI-native platform.

Manage LP relations, investor reporting, data rooms, DDQs, LPAC activities, annual meetings, and fundraising support.

Drive marketing, communications, public relations, and brand positioning across the US-India AI ecosystem.

Lead HR, talent acquisition, organizational design, performance processes, and executive search support for portfolio companies.

Manage vendors, office operations, fund administration coordination,



and regulatory awareness across India and the US.

Build and lead a lean operations team while leveraging automation and external partners for scale.

The Successful Applicant

Experience leading at least four operational functions concurrently.

Proven success implementing meaningful process transformation or AI automation initiatives.

Ownership of LP relations, investor relations, fund operations, or platform functions

Robust communication and stakeholder management skills with founders, investors, and senior executives.

Ability to operate independently with limited structure and high accountability.

Experience managing small teams and external partners.

Preferred exposure to venture capital, startup operations, US-India business environments, fundraising, AI tooling, and workflow automation
