About the role:

We are currently looking to hire an energetic, highly motivated, can-do attitude individual who is willing to join our

team as a Territory Sales Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring leads and generating revenue

/n

by onboarding new apartment complexes and societies into NoBrokerHood by meeting with prospective clients in

/n

person and explaining the product.

/n

Job Description:-

/n

/n
- Minimum 1-5 years of proven sales track record and ability to meet targets.
/n
- Lead generation through prospecting referral and web researches
/n
- Should have an interest in Business Development (B2C/ B2B) for Software Application Products
/n

/n

/solutions.

/n

● Meet prospective clients, execute effective product demonstrations, and emphasize product features and

/n

perks with a focus on the value of the solution.

/n

/n
- Capabilities of selling Hardware IOT devices
/n
- Meet with Committee Members of Apartments and Societies,accounting services partners and builders to
/n

/n





understand the scope of business and their expectations.

/n

/n
- Prospect, educate, qualify, and generate interest for Sales Opportunities and lead conversions.
/n
- Ability to do product demonstrations to higher level authorities
/n
- Onboarding new apartments on the NoBrokerHood platform will be a major KRA.
/n
- Researching potential leads from the open market, web searches, or digital resources.
/n

Mandatory requirements for this position

/n

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
/n
- Should be proficient in English and Regional language (knowing the regional language of the job location
/n

/n

will be a plus).

/n

/n
- Should be comfortable working on weekends(Sat & Sun compulsory working), with a week off on Monday.
/n
- Effective presentation and negotiation skills.
/n
- Hands-on MS Office Excel, Word & PPT, etc.
/n
- Ability to handle CRM softwares

- A valid driver's license(DL) with a
