Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities
- Understand customer technical requirements
- Recommend suitable engineering/automation solutions
- Prepare quotations and technical proposals
- Handle customer follow-ups and client meetings
- Coordinate with the engineering team for project requirements

2️⃣ Sales Executive + Project – 2 Positions
Sales & Business Development:
- Generate current leads and business opportunities
- Identify and approach potential clients
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
- Prepare quotations and commercial proposals
- Handle client meetings, follow-ups and negotiations
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution
Tender & Project Management:
- Handle GeM & E-Procurement portals
- Prepare and submit tenders within deadlines
- Prepare and analyze BOQ, technical & commercial documents
- Prepare price bids and commercial proposals
- Track tender deadlines, corrigendums and amendments
- Coordinate with vendors for technical specifications and quotations
- Follow up on post-bid activities and customer requirements
- Coordinate projects from order confirmation to execution
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables and pending activities
- Maintain proper project and tender documentation
