About the Role
/n
We are looking for an experienced Admin Manager to oversee administrative operations and workforce coordination at our manufacturing facility.
/n
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, organizational, and staff-management skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across different departments.
/n
Key Responsibilities
/n

- Manage and coordinate staff and supervisors.
/n
- Monitor and oversee day-to-day administrative activities.
/n
- Coordinate with teams involved in production, procurement, and supply.
/n
- Ensure smooth communication and workflow between departments.
/n
- Handle administrative planning and operational coordination.
/n
- Support effective workforce management and workplace discipline.
/n
- Coordinate with supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations.
/n
- Identify administrative or operational issues and coordinate appropriate solutions.
/n

Candidate Profile
/n
/n
- Previous experience in administration, staff management, or workforce coordination is required.
/n
- Strong experience in supervising and coordinating staff and supervisors.
/n
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial operations, defence, security, or other structured work environments is an advantage.
/n
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
/n
- Ability to coordinate effectively with production, procurement, supply, and administrative teams.
/n
- Experience managing teams and maintaining an efficient, disciplined work environment.
/n
- 5+ years of relevant administrative or supervisory experience is preferred.
