The Commercial Excellence Director is a broad, generalist role supporting commercial and business operations engine. The candidate works cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and Group Operations, moving fluidly between analytics, strategy, and execution as business priorities shift.

Key Responsibilities

This is a broad, cross-functional role built for someone who can pick up any commercial or operational priority as it comes up, working closely across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and Group Operations. Areas of focus are not limited to any fixed list, but typically include:
- Leadership & Strategy Support: Support the Head of India and leadership team on key commercial initiatives, strategic projects, and business priorities. Partner closely with leadership to drive commercial excellence initiatives.
- Growth & Partnerships:



Drive business development and licensing, portfolio strategy, innovative partnerships, and other growth-oriented tasks.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Drive cross-functional projects and initiatives by coordinating and collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and Technology teams.
- Execution & Operations: Lead execution of key initiatives, action items, and business improvement plans. Support the optimisation of commercial processes, systems, CRM, and reporting frameworks.
- Analytics & Performance Tracking: Analyse business performance and develop insights to support data-driven decision-making across functions. Track key commercial and sales performance metrics, identify trends, and recommend improvement opportunities.
- MIS & Reporting: Develop and own MIS reports, dashboards, and performance scorecards for leadership.
