Role Description The Sales Lead Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, responsible for driving membership growth, sponsorships, and strategic partnerships for Indian Staffing Federation. In this role, the individual will identify and qualify prospective organizations, conduct outreach via calls, emails, and in-person meetings, and present ISF’s value proposition to senior stakeholders.



The position involves managing the sales pipeline, preparing proposals, coordinating membership onboarding, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking systems. The Sales Lead Executive will collaborate with internal teams to support events, campaigns while regularly reporting on sales performance, market trends, and opportunities for expansion. The role requires proactive engagement with industry leaders and consistent follow-up to build long-term relationships and achieve defined revenue and membership targets.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing membership or partnership deals.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and relationship management with corporates, industry bodies, or qualified associations.
- Proficiency in communication and presentation.
