Role Overview:

We are seeking a agile and experienced Senior Product Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the development and evolution of our flagship healthtech product. This role requires expertise in customer experience, UI/UX development, market research, and competition assessments, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Additionally, the Senior Product Lead will play a key role in assessing and improving existing user flows and enabling upsell and cross-sell functionality within the app to enhance retention and customer lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities:




- Lead the end-to-end development and enhancement of our healthtech product, from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify market requirements, trends, and opportunities for differentiation.
- Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market insights, and business goals.
- Collaborate closely with the UI/UX design team to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that optimize the customer experience.
- Partner with the IT team to translate product requirements into technical specifications and ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
