We are looking for experienced medical billing professionals with strong expertise in US Healthcare Medical Billing, AR, Denial Management, and Claims Follow-up. Shift: Night Shift Location: You are currently living in Gurugram India, and are interested for long term onsite role with early stage fast growing healthcare services company Experience: 3-5 Years (Onsite in Gurugram) Key Responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end billing (RCM) processes. • Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and ensure timely collections. • Analyze and resolve claim denials efficiently. • Perform consistent and accurate claim follow-ups. • Maintain compliance with billing standards and procedures. • Must have good knowledge of different EHR systems like Simple Practice, Charm EHR, Epic, Claims MD, Athena, Waystar. • Solid understanding of HIPAA compliance • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills • Commitment to working night shifts Mandatory Requirements: 9am-6pm EST Mon-Fri shift.
