Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive F&B; Manager to oversee the organization's food and beverage operations and ensure seamless hospitality services across the office.

The role will be responsible for managing F&B; operations, vendors, pantry and service staff, inventory, petty cash expenses, stationery and other administrative activities.

The ideal candidate should have strong vendor-management skills, attention to detail, excellent coordination abilities and the capability to independently manage day-to-day hospitality operations in a corporate workplace.

Key Responsibilities

F&B; & Hospitality Operations
- Manage day-to-day food and beverage operations across the office premises.
- Ensure smooth and timely arrangements for tea, coffee, snacks, meals and other F&B; requirements.
- Manage F&B; arrangements for meetings, conferences and corporate events.
- Ensure high standards of service, presentation, hygiene and overall hospitality.





Vendor & Staff Management
- Coordinate and manage F&B; vendors, catering partners and service providers.
- Monitor vendor performance, food quality, service standards and timely deliveries.
- Negotiate with vendors and ensure cost-effective procurement and services.
- Supervise pantry, F&B; and other service staff and ensure proper allocation of responsibilities.
- Address operational issues and ensure timely resolution of vendor/service-related concerns.

Hygiene & Food Safety
- Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards.
- Monitor pantry, dining and food-service areas regularly.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of food items and beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness and service standards through regular checks.

Inventory & Expense Management
- Monitor inventory of food, beverages, pantry supplies and other consumables.
- Ensure timely replenishment and minimize unnecess
