About Rovio Travels

Rovio Travels is a growing travel company building premium travel products for customers across India.

Our business includes fixed-departure group tours, premium vehicle rentals, corporate travel and B2B travel partnerships.

We are expanding our sales team and looking for a Sales Executive who is willing to learn, comfortable speaking to customers and motivated by targets and incentives.

About the Role

This is a core sales role.

You will speak directly with potential customers and travel partners, understand their requirements, present the right solution, follow up and convert enquiries into bookings.

You will get hands-on exposure to the complete sales cycle:

Lead → Conversation → Follow-up → Negotiation → Booking

You will also be expected to generate new business through outbound calling and WhatsApp outreach.





What You Will Be Responsible ForLead Conversion
- Handle enquiries received through WhatsApp, website, Meta Ads, Google Ads and other channels
- Call leads promptly and understand their travel requirements
- Qualify leads based on travel dates, group size, budget and requirements
- Recommend the right tour, package or vehicle option
- Explain itineraries, inclusions, pricing and availability clearly
- Follow up consistently until the lead is converted or closed
- Handle objections and negotiate where appropriate
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed bookings

Business Development
- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Conduct WhatsApp outreach to generate new enquiries
- Reach out to travel agents and tour operators for B2B business
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective partners
- Identify recent sales opportunities

Sales Operations
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records
- Update CRM /
