About the Role

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant to join our group finance team and work directly with the CFO across our India and US entities. This role offers hands-on exposure to cross-border finance, including tax, M&A;, and board reporting.

Key Responsibilities

/n

/n
- Month-end closing and financial reporting for India and US entities
/n
- Intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and transfer pricing support
/n
- GST, TDS, Income Tax, FEMA (15CA/15CB, FIRC), and ROC compliance
/n
- Coordinating US tax filings and compliance with our US CPA firm
/n
- Leading statutory and tax audits end to end
/n

/n

Requirements

/n

/n




- Qualified Chartered Accountant with 1–3 years of post-qualification experience
/n
- Robust grip on Indian direct and indirect tax compliance and audits
/n
- Strong Excel skills and clear communication
/n

/n

Preferred

/n

/n
- Big 4 experience, particularly in statutory audit
/n
- Exposure to US accounting, transfer pricing, or FEMA
/n

/n
