Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Manager – B2B Partnerships who can take complete ownership of generating new business opportunities and converting them into long-term partnerships.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating conversations, understanding their business and marketing needs,



and offering relevant solutions through influencer marketing and digital campaigns. You will also work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and maintain strong relationships with clients even after deal closure.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation and Pipeline Building
- You will be responsible for consistently identifying and adding current potential clients to the pipeline. This includes researching brands and agencies, understanding their category, and evaluating whether they are a good fit for influencer or digital marketing campaigns. The goal is to maintain a steady and high-quality pipeline that can convert into business.
- Outreach and Initial Engagement
- You will initiate conversations with decision-makers such as founders, marketing heads, and brand managers through LinkedIn, email, and other channels. The focus will be on introducing Social Bird Media’s capabilities, creating interest, and setting up
