About the Role

We are looking for a confident, target-oriented and result-driven Sales Executive to join our Real Estate Sales team.
·

The candidate will be responsible for handling the complete sales cycle, starting from lead generation and calling to client meetings, property presentations, site visits, negotiation and ultimately converting prospects into successful bookings/deals.
·

The ideal candidate should have solid communication, convincing, negotiation and closing skills, along with the ability to build long-term relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation (Optional)
·

Generate new business leads through cold calling, referrals, networking, digital enquiries, databases and other sources.
·

Identify potential customers interested in residential/commercial real estate.
·

Research and identify new prospects and business opportunities.
·





Maintain a healthy sales pipeline of prospective customers.
2. Calling & Lead Handling
·

Make inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers.
·

Understand the customer's requirement, budget, preferred location, configuration and purchase timeline.
·

Qualify leads based on customer requirements and buying potential.
·

Explain suitable projects, property options, pricing, amenities, location advantages and investment benefits.
·

Build interest and create a strong reason for the customer to proceed with the next step.
3. Customer Convincing & Follow-Up
·

Follow up consistently with prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp and meetings.
·

Understand customer objections related to price, location, configuration, possession, financing or competition and provide appropriate solutions.
·

Convince customers by highlighting the right property benefits according to their requirements.
