Role Overview

/n

The Principal Officer (PO) is accountable for overseeing the overall activities performed by the Company’s business in GIFT IFSC. The PO will ensure robust governance, investor protection, and regulatory liaison and end-to-end operational management of the Company’s capital market activities in GIFT IFSC.



This role ensures strict adherence to IFSCA regulations and master circulars, while facilitating the business development and effective functioning of the IFSC business.

The Principal Officer will supervise daily operations, act as the primary regulatory liaison, and ensure that the Company functions within a compliant, well-controlled framework, effectively balancing regulatory mandates with business objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Oversee governance and operational management of the Company‘s activities within GIFT IFSC, ensuring adherence to all applicable IFSCA regulations and circulars.

- Act as the primary point of contact with IFSCA, stock exchanges, depositories, and other regulatory authorities, including managing regulatory submissions, inspections, audits, and inquiries.
