Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Backend Developer with strong experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend applications and services. The role requires robust programming fundamentals, hands-on experience with modern backend technologies, API development, databases, microservices, and cloud environments.

Experience or exposure to data engineering is a significant advantage, as the role involves working with data-centric systems, analytics platforms, and data-intensive applications.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and applications.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and web services for internal and external applications.
- Build and maintain microservices-based architectures and ensure scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Work with relational and NoSQL databases, including database design, queries, optimization, and performance tuning.
- Implement secure, reliable, and high-performance backend solutions.
- Integrate applications with third-party systems, services, and APIs.




- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement effective solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following engineering best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architecture/design decisions.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, Data Engineering, and other technical teams throughout the development lifecycle.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and application monitoring.
- Maintain clear technical documentation for backend services and APIs.

Required Skills
- Strong hands-on backend development experience using Java, Python, or Node.js.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, microservices, and web services.
- Strong experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracl
