Maini Rentals is looking for a dynamic, organised and client-focused

Marketing Manager

to manage and coordinate our buggy/event mobility operations across weddings, corporate events, private events and other large-scale functions.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in

wedding planning, corporate event management, event operations and client coordination , along with the ability to manage multiple moving parts in a rapid-paced environment.
This is a highly execution-oriented role. The person will be responsible for ensuring that our buggy services are planned, coordinated and executed seamlessly at events.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage

buggy/event mobility requirements

for weddings, corporate events, exhibitions, conferences, private events and other large gatherings.




Coordinate with event planners, wedding planners, corporates, hotels, venues, production teams and other event stakeholders.
Understand client requirements and create efficient

buggy deployment and movement plans .
Manage event-day operations, including deployment, positioning, routing, schedules and coordination of buggy teams.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and event organisers before and during events.
Coordinate with internal operations teams, drivers and ground staff to ensure smooth execution.
Conduct venue visits and assess

access points, parking, movement routes, guest flow and operational requirements .
Prepare event schedules, manpower requirements, deployment plans and checklists.
Handle last-minute changes and resolve operational issues calmly and efficiently.
Ensure high standards of

customer service and guest experience .
Coordinate multiple events simultaneously and ensure
