Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to plan and coordinate Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) and service activities, ensuring timely execution and effective customer support. You will work with internal teams and customers to coordinate service delivery, provide technical support, and maintain compliance with ABB safety, quality, and service standards. You will also contribute to smooth service execution by using planning tools, diagnosing and fixing technical problems, and maintaining accurate service documentation.

This role is contributing to the Automation – Energy Industries business in India. Main stakeholders are internal service and engineering teams, customers, and other relevant business functions.





You will be mainly accountable for:
- Planning and coordinating Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) activities using planning and scheduling tools to ensure timely execution and effective service delivery.
- Providing technical support for service project execution, including commissioning, maintenance, diagnosing and fixing system issues, and customer support activities, with a focus on ABB System 800xA DCS environments.
- Managing AMC contracts, coordinating with customers and internal teams, and ensuring compliance with service commitments, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
- Preparing service reports and maintaining accurate documentation while ensuring smooth project and maintenance operations.
