Join Skyroot Aerospace as a Sales Operations Manager

At Skyroot, we're transforming access to space. We are looking for a highly analytical and process-driven Sales Operations Manager to build and manage the operational backbone of our launch sales organization. This role will oversee CRM administration, sales forecasting, proposal management, pricing governance, and event operations to ensure data accuracy, forecasting reliability, and seamless customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

CRM Administration & Data Quality
- Own and manage the HubSpot CRM platform, including pipelines, deal stages, workflows, integrations, and user administration.
- Drive CRM data quality by eliminating duplicate records, resolving inconsistencies, managing orphaned deals, and implementing governance processes.
- Establish data import standards and conduct regular quality audits.

Forecasting & Business Reporting
- Manage weekly sales pipeline reviews and forecasting processes.




- Track business performance against annual targets across launch vehicles, regions, and quarters.
- Prepare leadership, board, and investor reports covering bookings, backlog, and launch manifest status.

Proposal & Quote Desk Management
- Manage proposal templates, RFP response libraries, and quotation workflows.
- Maintain pricing governance and approved price books across launch offerings.
- Ensure all customer quotations comply with internal approval processes and pricing guidelines.
- Track NDA and proposal status through each stage of the sales cycle.

Events & Commercial Operations
- Coordinate conference participation, sponsorship activities, customer meetings, registrations, travel, and logistics.
- Monitor event effectiveness through cost, meeting outcomes, and pipeline generation metrics.
