Position Overview:

We are a rapidly growing service-based cybersecurity startup, Appsecure Security, and we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Success Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our clients by providing exceptional support, fostering strong relationships, and driving the effective utilization of our cybersecurity services. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique security needs, align our solutions with their requirements, and ensure their ongoing protection against cyber threats.

Responsibilities:
- Client Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of our cybersecurity services. Collaborate with clients to assess their specific security needs, develop tailored solutions, and establish clear implementation plans.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain robust relationships with key client stakeholders, including executives, IT teams, and security personnel.



Act as the primary point of contact, providing regular communication, updates, and proactive support.
- Proactive Security Support: Monitor and assess client environments for potential security vulnerabilities or risks. Provide proactive recommendations, best practices, and ongoing guidance to clients to enhance their cybersecurity posture.
- Incident Response: Serve as a trusted advisor and provide guidance during security incidents or breaches. Coordinate with internal teams, such as the incident response team and forensics experts, to ensure timely resolution and minimize the impact on clients.
- Training and Education: Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate clients on cybersecurity best practices, emerging threats, and the effective use of our services. Empower clients to make informed decisions regarding their security strategies.
