Every project needs a developer who can turn requirements into clean, working WordPress builds — custom themes, plugin customization, and PHP-based solutions — without needing constant hand-holding. This role exists to do exactly that: build and extend WordPress sites for client projects, working closely with PMs and delivery leads to translate requirements into solid, standards-compliant code.

This role is for someone who enjoys:
- Building custom WordPress functionality rather than just configuring plugins
- Writing clean, well-documented, standards-compliant code
- Solving backend problems — plugin conflicts, PHP errors, integration issues — with real technical depth
- Working across multiple concurrent client projects without losing quality

If you're someone who takes pride in solid WordPress builds and enjoys the technical side of the platform, this role gives you real project ownership with room to grow.
