Job Summary: The Senior Manager – Accounts will play a key leadership role within the Finance & Accounts function, responsible for managing end-to-end accounting operations, financial book closures, statutory compliance, audits, internal controls, and financial reporting across group entities. The role requires solid accounting expertise, hands-on experience in financial operations and compliance, and the ability to lead and develop a high-performing accounts team. The incumbent will also drive process improvements, automation, and standardisation across the finance function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end finance and accounting operations across group entities, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), billing, collections, vendor payments, reconciliations, and general ledger accounting, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely processing.

• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual closure of books of accounts across all group entities, ensuring adherence to applicable accounting standards and company policies.





• Prepare and review financial statements, schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documentation required for management reporting and audits.

• Support the preparation of monthly financial MIS, management reports, variance analysis, and business performance reports to enable informed decision-making.

• Establish, implement, and monitor robust internal controls and Internal Financial Controls (IFC) across finance processes.

• Coordinate with internal, statutory, and other auditors, provide required information and documentation, and ensure timely closure of audit observations and action items.

• Ensure timely and accurate statutory and regulatory compliance, including Income Tax, GST, TDS, Companies Act, LLP Act, FEMA, and other applicable financial and corporate regulations.
