The Professional Services organization delivers complex enterprise integration and transformation programs for global customers across supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, retail and distribution.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead a team of Project Managers and oversee the successful delivery of multiple complex enterprise programs.

This is a people leadership and delivery governance role, responsible for building a strong project management organization, establishing delivery discipline,



managing portfolio-level risks and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, while maintaining robust customer relationships.

The role requires an experienced project/program management leader who can manage multiple concurrent enterprise implementations, coach Project Managers, engage with senior customer stakeholders and work closely with Solution Architecture, Engineering, Product, Sales and Professional Services leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Portfolio Leadership
- Lead and manage a team of Project Managers responsible for multiple customer implementations.
- Oversee a portfolio of complex enterprise technology and integration projects.
- Ensure projects are delivered against agreed scope, timelines, budget, quality and customer commitments.
- Establish portfolio-level visibility across project health, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues and resource requirements.
