We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) Implementation Consultant to support complex Revenue Cloud transformation and implementation projects.

/n

The consultant will act as the functional bridge between business requirements, Revenue Cloud architecture, and hands-on Salesforce implementation. This is a client-facing, hands-on role requiring robust Quote-to-Cash knowledge and the ability to independently drive functional work from discovery through configuration, testing, and validation.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Cloud Discovery & Process Design

- Participate in and facilitate Quote-to-Cash discovery and design workshops.

- Analyze business processes across:

- Product & Catalog Management

- Pricing

- Quoting

- Amendments
/n
- Renewals
/n
- Contract Lifecycle

- Order Creation & Orchestration
/n
- Downstream Billing
/n
- Translate business requirements into actionable RCA functional requirements.

- Identify legacy processes that should be redesigned rather than simply recreated.
/n
- Document business rules, dependencies, exceptions, decisions, and open questions.
/n
- Work with the RCA Architect to design scalable future-state processes using standard Revenue Cloud capabilities.
