Job Description
- Drive business analytics and generate actionable insights across revenue, customers, products, marketing performance, and operations.
- Analyze the complete e-commerce funnel, identify conversion leakages, and recommend improvements to customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
- Partner closely with product, technology, marketing, CRM, and operations teams to solve business challenges through data-driven recommendations.
- Develop dashboards, analytical frameworks, and automated reporting solutions that provide meaningful business insights beyond traditional MIS reporting.
- Utilize advanced analytics, AI-driven solutions, and experimentation frameworks to improve decision-making, operational efficiency, and business outcomes.

The Successful Applicant





We're looking for someone who has:
- 5-9 years of experience in Business Analytics, Product Analytics, Customer Analytics, E-commerce Analytics, Growth Analytics, or Business Intelligence.
- Solid experience within D2C, e-commerce, retail, consumer internet, marketplace, FMCG, or consumer technology environments.
- Advanced SQL expertise with strong analytical capabilities, dashboarding skills, and experience working with large datasets.
- Proven ability to translate complex data into strategic business recommendations and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Shopify, and familiarity with Python, A/B testing, and predictive analytics is preferred.
