Datafuel is an AdTech platform that helps e-commerce brands automate and optimize their performance marketing. We currently work with 200+ brands and are now looking to expand into international markets.

About the Role/n

We are looking for a hands-on Founding GTM Lead to build our overseas sales function from the ground up.

/n

You will be the first person responsible for establishing this department. You will personally manage the complete sales journey—from identifying prospects and generating leads to cold calling, conducting demos and closing overseas customers.

/n

Once the sales process becomes repeatable, you will help hire, train and manage the GTM team.

Key Responsibilities/n

- Identify the right overseas markets, customer segments and decision-makers
/n
- Build qualified prospect lists using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo
/n
- Conduct cold calls and reach prospects through email and LinkedIn
/n




- Book and conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations
/n
- Manage follow-ups, objections, negotiations and deal closures
/n
- Build and maintain the sales pipeline and CRM
/n
- Test different markets, messages and outbound strategies
/n
- Create sales scripts, email sequences, playbooks and reporting systems
/n
- Personally acquire the first set of international customers
/n
- Eventually recruit, train and manage SDRs and sales team members
/n

Ideal Candidate/n

/n
- 4–8 years of B2B sales or GTM experience
/n
- Proven experience selling to the US or other overseas markets
/n
- Experience building outbound pipeline personally
/n
- Solid cold-calling, cold-emailing and appointment-setting skills
/n
- Experience conducting demos and closing deals independently
/n
- Preferably experienced in B2B SaaS, AdTech, MarTech or e-commerce technology
/n
- Comfortable working as an individual contributor before bui
