Job Description
- Identify and develop opportunities across industrial, infrastructure, manufacturing, commercial, institutional, and data centre projects.
- Build relationships with developers, project owners, architects, consultants, PMCs, EPC contractors, and other key stakeholders.
- Engage customers at concept, design, and pre-tender stages to influence project specifications and positioning.
- Coordinate with engineering, estimation, and execution teams to develop competitive techno-commercial proposals.
- Lead negotiations, manage customer interactions, and secure profitable project orders.
- Ensure smooth project handover and collaborate with internal stakeholders throughout execution.
- Drive regional growth,



develop strategic accounts, monitor market trends, and maintain robust sales forecasting and CRM reporting.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:
- Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering; MBA/PGDM preferred.
- 5-15+ years of experience in project sales within construction, engineered products, building materials, or related sectors.
- Strong understanding of steel structures, fabrication, supply, erection, or construction solutions.
- Demonstrated success in managing long-cycle B2B sales and complex stakeholder ecosystems.
- Proven commercial negotiation and account development capabilities.
- Strong network across industrial clients, consultants, PMCs, EPC firms, and developers.
- Ability to manage strategic accounts, regional markets, and sizeable project closures.
