Description:

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive business growth for PTC and ANSYS solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of engineering software, excellent client-facing skills, and experience in technical sales, business development, or solution consulting.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and business development for PTC and ANSYS software solutions.
- Identify recent business opportunities and develop strong relationships with enterprise clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions.
- Collaborate with technical, pre-sales,



and implementation teams to develop solution proposals.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to closure.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial presentations.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging engineering technologies.

Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in technical sales, business development, solution consulting, or account management.
- Strong knowledge of PTC products such as Creo, Windchill, PLM, or related engineering solutions.
- Knowledge of ANSYS products and engineering simulation solutions.
- Experience in B2B / enterprise software sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into business solutions.
