About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and technology-led CIO/CTO to drive the next phase of AI, Digital & Business Transformation for a leading Consumer Durables & Lifestyle business.

The ideal leader will combine deep technology and AI expertise with strong commercial understanding, particularly around Sales, Retail, E-commerce, Customer Experience and business operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall IT, Digital, Data, AI and Technology transformation agenda.
- Develop and execute an enterprise-wide technology roadmap aligned with business and revenue objectives.
- Drive AI/GenAI, automation, analytics and data-led decision-making across business functions.
- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Retail, E-commerce, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and other business leaders to identify and implement high-impact technology solutions.
- Drive sales transformation through technology, AI and analytics and demonstrate measurable business outcomes.
- Lead SAP/ERP, enterprise applications, integrations, infrastructure,



cybersecurity and technology operations.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve productivity, speed and scalability.
- Build business cases and measure ROI, revenue impact, productivity gains, cost savings and operational efficiencies from technology initiatives.
- Lead technology partners, vendors and strategic transformation partners.
- Manage and mentor a large technology organization and drive a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- 15+ years of experience in IT, Technology, Digital Transformation or related leadership roles.
- Experience as CIO / CTO / CDO / Head of Digital & Technology / Technology Transformation Leader in a sizeable organization.
- Robust experience in AI/GenAI, Data & Analytics, Automation and Digital Transformation.
- Demonstrated experience in Sales / Commercial / Customer / Retail / E-commerce
