About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Account Manager – Influencer Marketing who can independently manage brand accounts, drive influencer marketing campaigns end-to-end, and build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

The role requires a strong understanding of influencer marketing, excellent client management skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment and should have the ability to translate client requirements into effective campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities1. Client & Account Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned brand accounts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key brand stakeholders.
- Understand client objectives, briefs, budgets, timelines, and campaign expectations.
- Drive regular client communication, status updates, reviews, and campaign discussions.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and additional campaign requirements.

Influencer Campaign Management
- Own influencer marketing campaigns from brief understanding to final execution and reporting.
- Work closely with Planning, Procurement, Strategy, and Creative teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
- Ensure the right influencers are shortlisted based on campaign objectives, audience, content category, platform, and budget.
- Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, approvals, content publishing, and post-campaign requirements.
- Ensure campaigns are executed within agreed timelines and quality standards.

3. Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Translate client briefs into explicit campaign execution plans.
- Contribute to influencer selection, campaign approach, content formats, and execution strategy.
