About the Role

As a Placement Operations & Analytics Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the Placement Cell and students throughout the placement process. You will help coordinate interviews and placement drives, manage student communication,



track opportunities and outcomes, and use data analysis and problem-solving skills to provide insights that help the team make better decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Student Communication & Scheduling
- Communicate placement drive updates, deadlines, eligibility criteria, and interview details to students.
- Address student queries and coordinate with relevant team members when required.
- Coordinate schedules between students, placement coordinators, and recruiters.
- Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts to ensure a smooth placement process.

Data Analysis & Dashboard Reporting
- Track and analyze placement data such as applications, offer rates, and student drop-offs.
- Apply DSA and structured problem-solving techniques to analyze placement data and identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Identify trends and highlight key insights for the placement team.
