Job Description: Area Head – Secured Loans (HL & LAP) Base Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh Function: Secured Loans – Channel Acquisition & Business Development Products: Home Loans (HL) & Loan Against Property (LAP) Reporting to: Regional Business Head – North & Central India Company: Finance Buddha Role Objective The Area Head – Secured Loans will be responsible for building, expanding, and activating the DSA/channel partner ecosystem for Home Loans and Loan Against Property across Uttar Pradesh, with a phased expansion into other North adjoining geographies. The role will focus on acquiring and scaling high-quality DSAs, connectors, property-focused channel partners, and other sourcing relationships, enabling partner productivity, and driving secured loan disbursement growth through structured field engagement and strong local market relationships. This is a high-impact leadership role within Finance Buddha’s secured lending expansion strategy and will play a key role in establishing a solid partner-led Home Loan and LAP sourcing ecosystem.



Key Responsibilities 1. Secured Loan Channel Partner Acquisition · Identify, acquire, and onboard new DSAs, connectors, property consultants, and other relevant channel partners across Uttar Pradesh and assigned territories. · Build a strong regional sourcing ecosystem specifically for Home Loans and Loan Against Property. · Drive partner acquisition aligned with monthly onboarding, login, sanction, and disbursement targets. · Leverage local market relationships across DSAs, property consultants, brokers, builders, and other sourcing networks to accelerate business scale. 2. Partner Activation & Productivity · Support newly onboarded partners during early-stage setup, product understanding, and business activation. · Enable faster movement from lead generation and login to sanction and disbursement. · Conduct partner training on lender programs, product eligibility, customer profile fitment, documentation, pr
