Job Description
- Lead and support technology due diligence engagements with a value creation focus.
- Advise on carve-outs, separations, TSA planning, and Day 1 readiness.
- Drive transformation programs, governance models, and program recovery initiatives.
- Identify IT cost optimization opportunities and support vendor negotiations.
- Partner with finance, legal, operations, and investment teams on strategic initiatives.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior executives and investors.

The Successful Applicant
- 6+ years of consulting, advisory, or transformation experience.
- Experience in technology-enabled M&A;,



digital transformation, or systems delivery.
- Strong expertise in areas such as ERP, cloud infrastructure, data & analytics, or technology strategy.
- Proven ability to manage complex programs and executive stakeholders.
- Experience working with private equity clients or PE-backed businesses is desirable.
- Robust analytical, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
